The Centre for School Innovation and Strategic Studies (CSISS) is pleased to announce its 2026 Teachers’ Professional Development Programme, a 3-weekend online professional certificate programme designed to equip educators with practical, innovative, and technology-driven teaching skills for the 21st-century classroom.
This programme provides participants with the opportunity to upgrade their professional competencies through expert-led training, practical learning experiences, and interactive online sessions. It is tailored for teachers at all levels who wish to improve classroom effectiveness, integrate digital teaching tools, and remain relevant in today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape.

This course equips teachers with modern learner-centred approaches that promote active participation, critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, differentiated instruction, and improved learning outcomes.
Participants will learn practical strategies for planning, managing, and delivering effective online and blended learning experiences. Topics include virtual classroom management, learner engagement, digital collaboration, online assessment, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
This course introduces teachers to essential digital tools and emerging Artificial Intelligence applications for lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessment, content development, productivity, and ethical AI use in education.
Participants will develop key emotional intelligence competencies required for effective classroom management, learner motivation, conflict resolution, stress management, communication, and positive teacher-student relationships.
